Blimey has it been that long?

Fookin' hell I have let this lapse, haven't I?

I could blame all the usual such as work, family commitments (I sound like a certain Labour MP - good riddance!) but I won't.

I'd just better get on and write some stuff...

A Mind Twister...

I just found this on (of all places) the sauce packet in a Pot Noodle! Quite a mind twister (or do I just have a twisted mind?) - whatever, it made me smile:

"Who would win in a fight - one horse sized duck or one hundred duck sized horses?"


Just for the record, I'm with the duck sized horses on this one.

Bloody Politicians!!!

I've long had a bee in my bonnet about how unqualified and inexperienced most politicians are for the offices that they hold.

For example, how can someone with no military experience whatsoever be Defence Secretary? How is it right that the Health Secretary can have no experience of running or working within an NHS hospital? Surely they cannot fully understand the impact of the sweeping, knee-jerk changes they are constantly foisting upon us?
